Receive automated alerts.
Multiple communication methods are available via subscription. For an automated way to receive real-time alerts and updates, we recommend setting up at least one alert subscription. We offer up to four methods across several convenient mediums. You can choose and configure each in the subscription center. How can I subscribe to receive real-time alerts?

By subscribing to the status page, you can choose to receive notifications for the applications you care about. To subscribe, navigate to the AdvancedMD Status page and click the “Subscribe To Updates” button. Choose your preferred communication method and follow the instructions. When you have subscribed, you will receive a confirmation via your selected method(s). You must confirm your subscription to receive alerts.

Not receiving alerts for your communication subscription(s)?

  • If you signed up for email alerts, you must confirm your subscription preference. To do this, click the green “Confirm subscription” button in your confirmation email. This email is sent from [email protected].
  • If you signed up for SMS (Text Message) alerts, you must reply “Yes” to the auto-generated confirmation message to be subscribed.

 

Is AdvancedMD down? It may be your internet connection.
