We have updated the patient portal to streamline account creation, password resetting, and the login process.
The Patient Portal Invite button will now change to Resend after the initial invite has been sent to allow you to resend the portal invitation email before the patient sets up their account. After a patient has set up their account, the button changes to Reset to allow you to send an email for the patient to reset their password.
We have also streamlined the patient portal login process by using email validation to connect a patient to their account setup page and automatically logging the patient in to their patient portal account after setting up their account or resetting their password.
