The Provider Dashboard is, in essence, your homepage for AdvancedEMR®. The navigation uses convenient tabs across the top of the screen so you can quickly access any portion of AdvancedEMR®. By using these tabs, you can harness the full power of electronic patient records.
Preview your day
Your day begins at the Provider Dashboard. It’s the home page for AdvancedEMR® and lets you review everything you need.Schedule
Access open visits via the Schedule.Here, you can see all your upcoming visits for the day as well as any old visits for which you haven’t yet posted charges or finished documentation.
Create task lists
Conveniently and instantly communicate with other staff for following up on phone calls, refill requests, and anything else you need to remember. You can create tasks for yourself or someone else.View the patient face sheet
When you click a patient’s name on your schedule in the Provider Dashboard, it brings you directly to the Face Sheet for that patient. Here you have all the information you need about a patient’s past visits, problems, and medical history. If you need more information about a specific aspect of the patient’s chart, our intelligently tabbed interface means it’s only a click away.
Document patient interaction
Write, type, scan or dictate. Any documentation needing approval, such as transcriptions, shows up in a list on the Provider Dashboard so you can quickly move through the list and finish it.
Track charges via the online chargeslip
When you’ve completed your visit, use the AdvancedEMR® Online Charge Slip to capture charges and recall information. You can create different templates for each appointment type. And with our unique visit tracking system, you never have to worry about losing another paper charge slip.
