To initiate the test, this page is attempting to download and run test ActiveX controls required
by AdvancedMD. If you receive prompts to install, click OK or Continue as necessary. As soon as the controls have been installed, this text will go away and you will see a "Begin Test" button.
If this text remains on the screen for more than a minute or two, then your computer was unable
to download and install ActiveX controls.
This is most likely due to either security restrictions in your Internet
Explorer settings, or restrictions imposed by your network administrator.
To enable ActiveX Controls in your IE settings:
Select Internet Options from the Tools menu of Internet Explorer.
Click the Security tab.
Click the Custom Level... button.
In the Settings listbox, scroll down to the ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins settings,
and set them all to Enable.
Click OK to save your settings. Click Yes to confirm your changes. Then click OK to close
the Internet Settings dialog.
Hit the F5 key or the Refresh button to refresh this page and continue.
